Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Gym Envy London purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item returned outside the 14-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
